Here are some answers to Frequently Asked Questions about working with us on custom apparel.
WHAT GARMENTS CAN I CUSTOMIZE?
We offer a range of garments, from t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies to accessories like hats, and toques. Email us at [email protected] to start a conversation about your desired custom order.

WHAT ARE THE ORDER MINIMUMS?
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE MY CUSTOM GARMENTS?
Because we cut, sew and print all of our garments from scratch, they take time. The design phase takes 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your level of involvement, and production takes an additional 2 to 4 weeks, plus approximately one week for shipping. If you’re supplying your own design, we can shave time off these estimates.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS?
Depending on the design and number of printing locations, there may be additional costs. Send us an email about your project and we can discuss what this looks like.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
If you want to collaborate with our in-house designer, we require the full price of the custom design up front. Contact us at [email protected] for more information on our different options for custom design.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY ON CUSTOM GARMENTS?
As you can probably guess, customized garments can’t be sold to anyone but you because they’re designed and made for you! So, we don’t offer returns or exchanges, BUT if your garments arrive with any imperfections, we want to know so we can make it right.
WHO OWNS THE RIGHTS TO THE DESIGNS?
If you purchase a custom design through us using our designer, you are free to use the design as you wish on any internal/external documentation, social platforms, etc. However, EarthGroove Activewear retains the rights to printing the design on any clothing or other garments, to protect our brand and ensure utilization of socially conscious garments.
