Shipping
Processing Times
Multi-item orders that include a mix of pre-order, custom order and in-stock items:
Free shipping over CAD 300!
Stock items will be held until the pre-order or custom item(s) are ready.
Arriving soon: Please check the product title for the estimated ship date.
We will try to meet this date as best we can, however, please allow for 1 – 2 week delays that can occur from time to time during manufacturing, as described above.
In-stock: 1 – 3 business days

Shipping Times
1-2 weeks, dependant upon Canada Post within Canada
International shipping times can vary. International packages are tracked and shipping times are provided by carriers accordingly.
Local Pickup - Free
If you would prefer to pick up your order from Edmonton, Alberta please select local pickup to avoid shipping charges. If you select this option you will be emailed with the pick-up location and hours when your order is ready.
Holiday Shipping Times
Please expect longer ship times during high volume holidays such as Christmas. Delays can be as long as 3 – 4 weeks so we encourage shopping in November or having a nice “its coming” card ready to put under the tree.
We are closed from Dec 22nd through New Year’s Day to spend time with our families.
Customs Delay
We know it’s frustrating when things get held up and we will help by sending an inquiry, but items held in customs are untraceable until they come out the other side.
Lost Packages
In the history of our brand, only one package hasn’t been found. That’s about a 0.01% chance your package will be lost without recovery. In the extremely low chance a package goes missing, we will replace the package.
For items that say delivered but have not been received…
- Please investigate right away as we only have 3 business days to open an investigation with Canada Post and be able to refund or resend your package (this is based on Canada Post’s policy, not us!)
- First check your mailbox or post office box for a parcel card.
- If there is no parcel card, call or visit your local post office with the tracking number so they can check.
- If Canada post delivers to your door, check safe places they could have left it… including with the neighbours!
If the above fails to find the package…
- Contact us immediately to let us know. Canada Post only allows 3 business days to open an investigation for a package that says delivered.
- We will need your phone number to be able to open a service ticket.
- Canada Post will contact you before they start an investigation, so please be reachable by telephone.
- If Canada Post cannot reach you, they will not honour the insurance coverage of the lost package and we will not be able to refund/reship the items.
What to expect…
- Once we have opened an investigation we will give Canada Post 72 hours to find the package. In the meantime, we will put the same items on hold for you. If the package is not found and we have confirmation that Canada Post was able to contact you, we will reship the order.
- We cannot reship or refund prior to opening an investigation with Canada Post and having received confirmation they’ve been in contact with you. Thank you for understanding!
Returns
Order Cancellation Policy
ARRIVING SOON AND IN-STOCK ITEMS
We will be happy to cancel any order that has not yet shipped. If you have already received a tracking number, then we’re sorry to say it’s already on the way!
Returns - I don't like it
Contact us within 15 days of the delivery or pick-up notice at [email protected]
• This policy is for item(s) you do not like or chose the wrong size.
• The item(s) must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed.
• Upon return approval, you have 7 days to return post or drop-off the item(s) to the pickup location. US customers, be sure to mark the package as a ‘return’ with the correct currency value.
• We do not provide return shipping labels, however if you return the item(s) for an exchange or store credit, we will cover shipping of the replacement item(s) to you.
• If returned for a refund, we will issue the original purchase price less the shipping cost.
Returns - Flaws & Defects

• This policy is for item(s) received with a flaw or defect, please send an email to [email protected] with a photo of the flaw for our review.
• We inspect every garment before shipping for holes, print defects and unfinished seams, however, something small may go unnoticed.
• The item(s) must be unworn and unwashed.
• Customer damaged products cannot be returned.
• Upon return approval, you have 7 days to return post or drop off the item(s) to the pickup location.
• We will reimburse the return shipping cost as long as 1) The returned item(s) meet this policy criteria, and 2) You use Canada Post or the US Postal System with the lowest cost tracked packet option, send us a photo of the receipt. We will not reimburse Priority, Xpresspost or courier rates. US customers, be sure to mark the package as a ‘return’ with the correct currency value.
• If returned for an exchange, we will cover shipping the new item to you.
• If returned for a refund or store credit, we will issue the original purchase price. This will include shipping, unless part of a multi-item order where at least one item was kept.
Returns - Seam Warranty
Contact us within 30 days of the delivery or pick-up notice at [email protected]
• If the garment is worn and a seam is unravelling within 30 days of the confirmed delivery or pickup notice sent, you may contact us and seek approval to exchange for the same item: same style, color and size.
• Customer damaged products cannot be returned; ie, if the seam has been yanked and torn open, this is not a warranty issue.
• This policy is for exchange of the same item only, no refunds, and each item on the original order may only be exchanged under this policy once. Please review item(s) on delivery for flaws and defects.
• Upon return approval, you have 7 days to return post or drop-off the item(s) to the pickup location.
• We will reimburse the return shipping cost as long as: 1) The returned item(s) meet this policy criteria, and 2) You use Canada Post or the US Postal System with the lowest cost tracked packet option and send us a photo of the receipt. We will not reimburse Priority, Xpresspost or courier rates.
• The items must be returned clean.
Help the Activewear Last Longer
• Wash in cold/warm, on a regular cycle. Hang to dry, or use the ‘no heat’ setting of your dryer. Heat breaks down the fibres of the fabric and reduces the wicking abilities.
• Avoid contact with velcro, zippers, abrasive surfaces and sharp objects.
• If you’re rough on your stuff, choose thicker and less stretchy fabrics. The thinner and softer the material, the more susceptible it is to damage.
